Excellent location, comfort room but could be a bit larger for a family of four.Breakfast was descent but needs to have more things. It is expensive for what it offers.Good night guaranted is ok.The price of the room was really cheap and it is 100% value for money.Definitly would stay again
Reception staff on arrival were great and very helpful,....
I feel the prices were too high, probably I think because of the Neil Diamond concert that was showing that weekend , I think they were doubled, what happened to the advert 29 pound a night and I know this is based on a 2 night stay but still wouldnt have worked out at that, nice hotel though and we would stay again , hopefully at a better price ....
Easily accessable for city centre
Ideally located, excellent local transport, scenic view from the room, excellent English Breakfast, friendly staff, ideal for short city breaks
not enough Vegetarian meals choice,
Friendly staff, and extreme comfort. Nice views over the city skyline. Close to city centre, the theatre and the busy pub life of Glasgow. Had a great stay.
Fortunately we stayed at the weekend and parkingin the near by ncp car park was cheap. However, if you stay mid week, parking even with the hotel discount can be expensive.
Its walking distance to the SECC and also into the main city..its dining facilities are very good as is the buffet breakfast ( breakfast is extra) this also leaves you the choice to have a lie in and breakfast elsewhere...views from the top floor rooms are fantastic...Beds are very comfortable and big
There was only one chair in the room and only one bedside cabinet ..we both needed space for various bits beside the bed for our own comfort..Towels are a bit small for the larger figure !!
I only stayed overnight but my room was more than adequate, clean and the bed very comfortable. Hotel location excellent for shopping and near to transport links to the highlands.
The location was great, the room wasnt too expensive and the staff were helpful.
The room temperature was extreamly high.
having stayed at the Premier in George St in December I expected the same sort of standard. The double room was a lot smaller, both rooms were very stuffy and could not open windows to air them. Bathroom in family room did not smell clean at all. Staff were not as friendly as at George st and when checking in there was only 1 out of 3 computers workiing which caused a delay. We got woken up on the sunday morning by maid service. Overall i would not stay at this hotel again and do not think it was value for money.
Staff very frindly - location was excellent for our requirement - lots of lovely resturants,
Well positioned In central Glasgow- nice room, quiet and clean ;very good value for money
only criticisms are that there was little information about things to see in Glasgow city in hotel and in common with many hotels lighting was dim making reading difficult- but very good value for mon ey
Location was excellent for ABC venue & shopping
It wsas not a room but a cupboard
the beds were so comfy great nights sleep clean rooms great shower
Was pleasantly surprised at the central location , which made it very easy for us to get about and attend the function we had.
